    This was so wonderful! I didn't use the lime and would probably cut back on the oregano next time. This will be a winter staple in our menu. We loved it.

    I made this to serve to a vegan friend when she & her husband came for the weekend.
    It was wonderful and very healthy.
    I would highly recommend it!
    It also gets better the next day for leftovers.
    Make sure you have some crusty bread!

    We really liked this vegetarian bean soup recipe alot, we don't even miss having ham in the soup. I've made it 3 times so far. Yum.
