This was so very good. I made it with my brother yesterday (he is 14 and wanted to bring something to Thanksgiving, and we had it tonight. I loved the way the raspberries in the bottom of the crust looked. I took all the advice given throughout these reviews: toasted the almonds, added cream of tartar, let the crust cool in the fridge, and added extra chocolate. Everyone was impressed with it, even my mom who has always been the baker in the family.
I probably cooked it for the full 55 minutes. Oh, and we used neufchatel cheese, to cut down on the fat a little, and it came out just perfect.

I omitted the flour and it still came out perfectly, no cracks. To complete the presentation I drizzled a raspberry coulis over it. Everyone loved it and said it was the best they'd ever had and it should be at the Cheesecake Factory. Personally, I thought it could have done with more white chocolate flavor. Otherwise, it was very good.

Okay, I made this as a birthday cake for the first time. It was such a great recipe. The only thing I changed up was the crust because I like a thicker crust. Great recipe.

I made this cheese cake for my co workers and they just loved it. It was light and creamy. I added a tad bit more white chocolate and raspberries than the recipe asked for. I wouldn't hesitated to make this recipe again. It is to die for. The preparations are very simple and easy to follow.

My first cheesecake ever. Came out great. Not as dry as I like, but still tasty.
