    Very simple egg noodle recipe. Smaller recipes can be made. Do not need 3 gal of water, suggest cook in smaller amounts. Great trick for cooking the pasta earlier, and storing cooked pasta.

    This is a simple technique for learning to make pasta, which can be incorporated to other dishes. It also allows great customization to your own tastes by adding herbs to the dough while it is wet for added flavor.
