- 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar, optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango
- 4 mangos, peeled and diced (or about 2 cups frozen mango chunks, thawed)
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 teaspoons chile powder
- Large pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 to 1 cup water, depending on how juicy the mangoes are
- Pinch kosher or sea salt
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
