Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned, with membranes removed
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
Directions
  • Combine orange juice, apple juice and almond extract in a bowl. Stir in gently all the fruit and chill the compote, covered, until ready to serve.
