I used a bag of coleslaw to make this quicker, I also was cooking for 2 so I used half the bag and only 1 apple. I cut the dressing ingredients in half and it was a wonderful side dish to our BBQ pork chops! Highly recommend!

This slaw is very good. My family used to to put on pulled pork sandwiches. I am not a cole slaw lover, but this was pretty good. I don't love it, but I would still make it again especially if we were having guests. BTW: I didn't use the scallions or parsley because I did not have them on hand. I don't think it really made difference though.

Made as directed for a topping on a pulled pork sandwich. It was really tasty. Even the coleslaw "haters" liked it. Apple flavors paired nicely with the BBQ sauce from the sandwiches.

I love this slaw and make it often. It is the only slaw I can get my whole family to eat and pairs up great with white fish. I dice the apple and it works out wonderfully.

Absolutely wonderful with the Pioneer Woman's spicy pulled pork recipe. We made it like wraps. So good!

This is the best coleslaw and even my kids who hate coleslaw will eat this. Just use one tablespoon of the poppyseeds, not 1/3 cup (that must be a misprint.

This was delicious! Loved the sweet apple to balance the tart of the dressing and make this slaw pop. I happened to have apple flavored balsamic vinegar on hand, so I used that instead of apple cider vinegar, and it was so flavorful! This makes A TON, at least for just my husband and I, so I may cut it all back a bit next time. Definitely something we'll make again and again.

Made this to go with the Duck Poppers elsewhere on this site: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/duck-poppers-recipe/index.html
    Since
I didn't have poppy seed on hand, I used 2 TBS of black mustard seed just for looks. Also added 1/4 cup of sour cream. Fantastic! The poppers, not so much....
