I cannot begin to tell you how many people I have had to give this recipe to since serving it the first time. My boyfriend craved leftovers all week - I was at another party where filet minon appetizers were being served & brought this recipe for an appetizer & the filet minon plate was filled by the end of the night & these quesidillas were gone! This recipe is phenomenal!

Very easy to make, and tastes good too. I served this to my housemates last Sunday using Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce, and everybody really liked it.
