If you have a pasta machine roll out the dough to a setting of 6 or 7 then use the fettucini cutter to make strips and lay them on a sheetpan and dab with the chili garlic oil.
These are the BEST. I used Trader Joe's pizza dough which is great. In a pinch I used Pillsbury Pizza Dough (in a container like pre-made biscuitsand it was good as well but a little bland.
Try these they are worth the bother. I'm not sure how they get them to do the curlycues...

The dough rises like a dream, rolls out nicely (with a little coaxing and short rests, and the chili garlic oil really does take them to another level. They have a nice, light texture, crispy, not chewy. Mine took more like 20 mins to get golden brown.
