    I didn't make this, but one of my coworkers did. I hate fish of all sorts, but I didn't know that there was any salmon in this until after I'd eaten 3 pieces! It was just the perfect blend of flavors. Absolutely perfect!

    This is a delicious brunch dish. It looks fantastic and tastes fabulous. I modified the receipe a little. I spread whipped cream cheese on the dough and shaved parmesan cheese on top of the eggs. Also, I garnish with fresh dill (yeah I know it's what's expected; but it just tastes so good.
