The unaccustomed kick in the guacamole (usually mildly spiced in order to balance spicier dishes was fine with a quesadilla that had no kick of its own. Very easy and quick to prepare.

We only made the guacamole from this recipe & it is really great & very simple. If you don't have jalapeno on hand, it is delicious without it, too!

The guacomole tastes great and the quesadillas are easy! It takes less than 30 minutes to make this tasty meal, great for a Friday night in.

My whole family loved this great weekend snack. I cook extra chicken breast and refrigerate - my teenage son now makes them himself for a quick meal. Great Guacamole!
