I loved this pilaf, served warm or cool. The lemon juice and crisp vegetables really make it. Pretty easy to make.

My husband Bob and I (Deby decided to have couscous salad with our Kabobs instead of ham this Easter. It was our first time making couscous, this is some of the best flavor combinations I've tried in a long time. I love to cook and since we have started watching the food network Bob helps in the kitchen and we love the ideas we get. thank you for a wonderful and fun receipe.

I added just a little less cinnamon, than called for but tastes very fresh and light. Great for summer picnics.

I've made this 3 times now, and it seems to go everything. Once was with the lamb kebob which is also excellent, once on a light picnic with fried chicken, and I brought it to a barbeque and got rave reviews. Very easy to prepare and keeps well.
