    I made this over the weekend for some friends, and it was a major hit. The salsa is my new favorite topping, it also goes really well on Turkey Burgers (in case anyone needs a healthy night after all this olive oil.

    The only thing I had trouble with was the shitake mushrooms, unless you have a special pan to use on the grill, they tend to fall through the bars. Most of mine fell through, and when we were eating I didn't even miss them. Otherwise, I will def be making this again.

    I made this for Valentine's Day. It was amazing! I was skeptical about the salsa, but that was my favorite part. A bite of steak with a bit of the salsa--fantastic! And it's easy, quick, and requires little cleanup since it's all cooked on the grill. I had the "wine guy" at Central Market recommend an Argentinean wine to go with it. It was perfect.
