This recipe can easily be changed into Kosher. It is very easy to do and follow. It has a wonderful taste to it, not like the boxed Matzoh crackers!

This was an awful experience. If you cook it for the recommended time, you get this awful gummy consistency. If you cook it til it's brown throughout, it has the consistency of window glass. I can't believe that Wolfgang ever ate real matzoh.
