I have made this dough numerous times and it always comes out great. I switch it up using agave nectar or honey and they both work fine. This time i used 2 cups ap flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour and I find that this is the perfect combo of the two flours. The crust has a perfect texture, and better than most pizza joints! A+ recipe!!!

I've tried a few of the other recipes posted and none of them are as good as this one. The dough has the perfect balance of flavor and has great texture.

i will never use another pizza recipe or buy it from the store again. Love it! I use my free standing mixer and use Avage Nector instead of honey. I can't wait to try mixing 1/2 wheat flour. Never fail, tastes great, and is easy to roll out.

I have done this recipe a few times already. I have to say that this is my favorite so far. The recipe came in the manual of my food processor that I purchased a few months ago.

Made this recipe but didn't have a pizza stone to cook it on. We just used our trusty cast iron skillets turned upside down and it turned out great. Also, I didn't have a mixer and made the dough the old fashioned way and it was perfect. For all of you with out the fancy fandangled gadgets, just give it a try anyway. Got the hubbie to get me a stand mixer for Christmas and i wrapped it myself and it is currently under the tree. Can't wait to give it a try again.

I followed the recipe to a T, and it turned out great! We made a pepperoni pizza, a bbq chicken pizza, a chicken and olive pizza, and a peach and cream cheese pizza. The crust tasted great with all 4 kinds. Nice job Wolfgang!

First time ever i made pizza. It was the best one my friend and i ever had we are never ordering pizza again. It was extremely easy to make. Instead of smaller ones we made one big pizza it had a nice thick crust. We left it over night in the fridge it was perfect!
