This is my only "go to" pizza dough recipe. Always comes out perfect and gets applause, applause!

This is the best pizza dough I have ever made. I also used it for calzones and breadsticks. It makes a lot, and I hated to see it go to waste.

I made this recipe X 6 for a make-your-own-pizza party and it turned out perfecdt! The dough was just the right size so people could make two or more pizzas if they wanted to experiment with different toppings. Some people even made pizzas to take home! I didn't have any honey on hand though, so I used a pinch of sugar in the yeast, and still was perfect. This was also really fun to make, my two year old and I had fun rolling the dough under our palms and putting the dough "night-night" under damp towels while they raised. Definitely a good one and one that I will keep!

There's nothing wrong with this recipe per se, I just prefer a chewier crust. If you like your crust chewy, try Alton Brown's!

Have used this recipe twice and love it. Wish I could save the extra dough longer than two days.
