Cool, crisp complement to a spicy dish

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
Super quick, super easy. I made it with low fat yogurt and strained through paper towels. If you want ot more creamy,... definitely use whole fat or greek yogurt. Even so, it nicely cooled my palate when eaten with a spicy curry.Read more
