    The roast was perfection. My dinner guests could not stop raving and had to take some left-overs home to their daughter who also loved it! (I told them it was an experiment since I had just seen your show where you made this and the wonderful vegetables the week before! A successful experiment! If you had a six star rating, this would get it!

    The meat I got at my butchers and made the Port Wine Mustard Sauce, followed the easy recipe and my lord my guests were so impressed needless to say there was not enough left for a good sandwich. Just wonderful Thank You so much!!!!! Darryl Szatala Cleveland, Ohio

    Talk about elegant, easy, and totally delish!!! You will definitely get a wow factor with this one. The hostess with the mostess!!! The presentation with the root vegetables is awesome.

    I have now tried this and it is absolutely delicious. The best part is the sauce. It is simple, yet the tast is complex and very satisfying with the roast. Puck is one of the best cooks around.
