I just made the pizza dough and put on my own toppings. The dough was very hard to roll out and was not very elasticy, so the crust came really thick and gross.

This is wonderful! Only substitutions I made were a serrano chile for the jalepeno and omitted the eggplant and used sauteed mushrooms instead. Don't substitute the Fontina! It works perfectly in this recipe.
