These were very good. Even my husband, who doesn't like spring rolls, ate these. We each had three and I froze the rest for snacks.

Was planning a large party and making sping rolls for too many people was taking away the fun. We served the food and ingredients in a different manner.
We prepared each ingredient per the recipe BUT placed in serving bowls. We prepared the buffet table with the flat roll sheets first then each subsequent bowl with different ingredients. The guests rolled or folded their food AND all expressed enjoyment. From now on...mexican and chinese foods...can be served in a buffet style. The flavors were great. Have fun!
