    a very heavy tiramisu. all you could taste was the alcohol. everyone loved the flavor but the alcohol was so overpowering that they couldn't finish it. after looking at other recipes, i would pick one that doesn't use so much marscapone and instead lightens it with heavy cream.

    Very nice and easy to make. I needed the espresso syrup more -- about double. It was better next day when flavoured up all the espresso flavour

    I had to use store bought cookies. Like teh lady fingers Glada used. The cream turned out excellent. It was a bit difficult, but my family loved it.

    If you prefer light, fluffy tiramisu with light liqeur flavor, this recipe is not for you. It's extremely rich with intense liqeur taste. I like it better than most other recipes that call for a lot of whipped cream to lighten it up.
