    Used mozerella instead of burrata and extra balsamic vinegar and proscuitto. Yum! :

    For the previous reviewer, Burratta is a soft, creamy, buffalo-type Mozzarella cheese that is available at cheese shops, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes.
    I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I'm sure its delicious!
