This recipe was awesome. I made a few healthy changes like used canned sweet corn, and baked the corn tortillas and chicken. Put it all together and it was great. Will definitely use it again!

This recipe I thought would be more spicy, but it wasn't at all. Good consistency, I added another breast of chicken.

This soup was so simple to make and it tasted superb! I even improvised with the garnishes and used tofu instead of chicken.

I made this for my parents, and they flipped out. they said it was better than any restaurant tortilla soup! I had never really made a lot of soups before this, either.
the recipe is also without heavy cream, so its healthy too!
