This is, by far, the best turkey burger I've ever had. Even my husband loved it (and he isn't a fan of turkey burgers. I skipped the salsa because we didn't have the ingredients for it in the house. The burgers were so juicy and delicious, I couldn't believe it. Yummy!

The burgers were flavorful and very moist. A big hit with everyone who tasted them!

Never had ground tukey taste like this!
The kids loved it as a basic burger recipe without the extra stuff. I used ground sage 2 tsp, instead of thyme. Reminded the kids of thanksgiving.

I agree with the other review about the thyme. For my taste the thyme and mushrooms just don't work in a turkey burger recipe. I'm going back to chipotles or dried chile-ish spices and red bell peppers to season.

These burgers are delicious! We usually just serve them with swiss cheese, lettuce and a hearty mustard. Even my mother, who doesn't particularly like mushrooms, asked me to make them for her.

I expected to see dozens of rave reviews here. This has to be the best burger and one of WP's greatest! In the Iron Chef tradition "I usually don't like turkey burgers, but this one I liked!"

This is a gourmet burger! The mushroom portion of this recipe is out-of-this-world delicious even by itself, so full of flavor. I used our gas grill, and we will definately be making these again.
