yupoloo...We bloggers are looking for good recipes. Your spam is NOT appreciated. It's stupid! So, go spend your time doing something productive.....wash your car, mow the lawn, go feed the homeless. By the way, this is a fantastic turkey recipel

Last year was the first time I was cooling Thanksgiving dinner on my own for my family. I used this recipe and everyone LOVED the turkey. My own mother asked me for the recipe. I will use this recipe FOREVER!!! It's super easy and super delicious! YOU MUST TRY IT!!

Last year's bird was the best ever!!! Easiest recipe to follow!!! You'd be a fool not to use this recipe. I modified the contents of the bird to onions, carrots, celery, a bulb of garlic and a small bunch of thyme. I used the roasted veg's and some of the garlic in the gravy mixture and used the rest of the roasted garlic for garlic bread on the table. A huge hit!!!

My mother and I made this turkey for Thanksgiving. We have made a turkey for the past 4 years, but this was the best one I have ever had. It was a whopping 29 POUND TURKEY!!! I added sliced apples, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, rosemary, and sage. It came out moist, delecious, and picture perfect. Even after transporting it to my uncle's, for dinner, it was still juciy. I am currently making a second one for Christmas dinner. It is smelling good already, and I can't wait to cut into it.

You know how usually when you base your results off of something you've done by the way it looks in the picture? I have to say that my turkey came out JUST like the picture. It had that beautiful deep brown color on the outside and was white, succulent and delicious on the inside. It was my first time using the recipe and I will continue to do so. I love to cook but turkey is not my forte because I don't really like it. But I made it for Thanksgiving and it came out perfectly. Thanks!

As this was my first outing cooking a turkey I looked at several different recipes. I am glad I chose this one.

I was charged, for the first time, with cooking the two whole turkeys for my large family. I adjusted down the cooking time by 10% because I have a convection oven and that's what the manufacturer suggests. Both of them came out perfect. They looked good, they plated well, they carved beautifully, and they tasted great. I got so many great comments, I fear I am now the designated "turkey cooker" for next year.

Thanks, thanks, thanks to whoever wrote this recipe.
