Year-End Scallops on the Half Shell

Ingredients
  • 12 shucked scallops (small or singing)
  • 1 minced shallot
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi tobiko
Directions

Mix all together and spoon on top of scallops. Garnish with a little more wasabi tobiko. Plate on crushed ice or rock salt.
