Daisy, Please give us your secret recipe of the sofrito, you know it and take the little bag from your fridge, we don't know how to, it will help a lot, and how long can we keep it in the fridge...
Love your show, it is Excellent, we need that bold cooking with all the seasonings that you use..
Thank you,
rumaju

this show with daisy is one i have waited for for several years now. i had almost quit watching people stuff their mouths with food until it spills out and smears their face, eating with spoons big enough to feed large jungle animals etc. i think that we are all trying to teach our children manners and how NOT to offend others and yet we have adults behaving like animals at a food trough how very disgusting!!!!! Daisy is cultured and friendly knows her way around the kitchen and has brillant recipies. this is a fabulous show no pretense no phony trying to make it work, pleasant to the eye, clean and uncluttered just lovely and the food is just great. now I look forward to the food network on Sat mornings.
