    Easy to make, we cut everything in half and it made six full pieces. 1/2 a piece is enough for a serving. On the show the cook mentions vanilla in the egg wash but it wasn't in the receipe, we added some. Don't sweat the bread, a thick-sliced cinnamon swirl bread worked so did a regular thick-slided french bread.

    I have not tried the above recipe either, however it does look amazing!! I too am trying to find the meatloaf recipe. I was able to write down all the ingredients but NONE of the measurements. (aahhggghh So, if anyone out there has the recipe or can get a hold of the chef/owner so he can give us the scaled down version, that would be great!! I'm pretty sure the recipe is not out here. Please to anyone, and in advanced Thank You.

    This looks really good and I want to make it.
    I am new to Food Network and I can't figure out how to find recipes.
    The recipe for the meatloaf from the metro diner looks really good.
    How do you find that recipe.
