Add the potatoes, mayonnaise, garlic cloves, lemon salt, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 cup ice to a 20-cup food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
If using a smaller food processor, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and then process in batches.
