This recipe is awesome if you add quite a bit of oregano and garlic and more salt. I also sprinkled the top with parmesan cheese. My husband and I both loved it!

This is a really great recipe that is hard to mess up - although it is a bit time consuming. I recommend adding a little spices and herbs - not a lot, but a little. It needed just a little something. Very filling. WOuld go great with a comfort food meat.
