    On the egg comments. I havent tried this recipe but Ive made raw lasagna with zuccini and squash as the noodles. I marinated them in olive oil. lemon, oregano, salt, and pepper to soften them. I would try that instead of frying them. It would be much healthier too that way. It sounds delicious so I will be trying it next time I make lasagna

    I also was thinking in the same direction as topamo that a dozen eggs seemed too many. Zucchini instead of noodles...yummy...feed back on the dozen eggs please...happy cooking :
