Maude is constantly reinventing itself, thanks to an ever-changing menu crafted by Chef Curtis Stone. The focus is on one ingredient each month, such as pomegranate or chiles. The resulting combinations are exquisite (think truffle paired with sweetbreads and risotto) and really show Curtis' range.
