Chef-Owner Luc Alarie channels the flavors of his native Quebec at P’Tit Soleil, where he turns out French Canadian-inspired small plates, including more than 10 different kinds of poutine. Chef Alarie has developed an entire menu based on the French-fry dish. Options start with the classic poutine Mario for the purists, then branch into beyond-basic riffs that sub out gravy for Bolognese sauce, or add in filet mignon and mushrooms.
