Over the past few years, this organic juice and smoothie bar has become something of an institution for Southern California's health-conscious eaters, and has now expanded northward. EarthBar's wide selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items, coupled with the convenience of its to-go packaging, is difficult to match. The menu includes wraps, salads, protein bars and shakes, but it's the Acai Bowl, layered with freshly sliced banana, granola and more fresh fruit, that's been known to draw a crowd.
