As one of the owners of Boone Seafood, Howell Boone specializes in all things sturgeon, including sturgeon caviar. Along with sturgeon, Howell shared his love of jellyfish with Justin Warner on Rebel Eats. Boone began catching jellyfish because it is delicious and also a delicacy in Asian cooking.
