Taiyo serves dishes inspired by Asian street food, made with local and seasonal ingredients. Their version of ramen is the Korean “ramyun,” made with roasted pork from Heritage Farms Cheshire pork, noodles from the Sun Noodle factory, a poached egg and an “overnight broth” that is spiced up with kimchi and poached garlic.
