Situated on a bluff that overlooks the Mississippi River, Steventons offers a dramatic dining experience — from the sweeping views of the waterfront below to the striking array of flambeed dishes. Highlights include the spinach salad, rack of lamb, chateaubriand and bananas Foster. The house specialty, though, is the flaming Greek cheese. This indulgent appetizer features Kasseri, a sheep's milk cheese. Once it arrives at the table, it is drenched in 151 proof rum and set aflame.
