This shop turns out killer maple-bacon-topped crullers and pistachio-crusted, Meyer-lemon-glazed cake doughnuts. There are even gluten-free options on the menu (which are made using a different fryer) in flavors like Valrhona Chocolate Glazed. For something more substantive, request the off-menu fried chicken doughnut sandwich. There's a second location in Lincoln Park.
