Set inside the New Orleans Museum of Art, Cafe Noma is run by NOLA restaurant royalty: Ralph Brennan, co-owner or Mr. B’s Bistro and the storied Commander’s Palace, in addition to more than a half-dozen of his own restaurants, including this modern Louisiana bistro that overlooks City Park.
