Filet mignon is a delicious cut of steak on its own, but the owners of Lelli’s, a classic Italian chophouse that opened in the 1930s, took it to a whole new level by adding their own special topping: Zip Sauce. Said to be a combination of butter, Worcestershire sauce and a variety of seasonings, this topping makes the steak extra juicy and goes particularly well with mashed potatoes to soak up any remaining drops.
