Birchwood Café has served "good real food" since 1995, using locally sourced, sustainable and organic ingredients. You’ll find a turkey burger on each of its eight seasonal menus, changing toppings based on what the farmers provide. Seasonal specials include Summer's Tour de France burger and Dusk's Thanksgiving Delight, with cranberry pear chutney, root vegetable puree, leeks and Brussels sprouts — so good you won't have trouble gobbling it up at any time of year.
