To say that Minnesotans love their state fair would be an understatement. During the fair's 12-day run (ending on Labor Day), almost 2 million people congregate – particularly around the mini doughnuts. Of course, once a year is not enough to enjoy these addictive little bites, so Carrie Summer and Lisa Carlson of Chef Shack Ranch decided to put them on their menu.
