This Minneapolis restaurant is all about embracing and reinventing classic Midwestern cuisine, starting with “hot dish” – a combination of beef or chicken, veggies and canned cream of mushroom soup, traditionally topped with Tater Tots. HauteDish's deconstructed version is filled with braised short ribs and homemade Tots, topped with french-cut green beans and a raw mushroom-Parmesan salad, and served with their cream of porcini mushroom sauce.
