The massive beer list at Tørst features rare finds that practically emit a bat signal for beer geeks to come hither. Though suds are the main attraction, Chef Daniel Burns’ bar snacks span a fine take on Welsh rarebit, kedgeree (smoked whitefish, curry and soft-boiled egg) and a duck confit sandwich. The charcuterie plate is worth ordering for the housemade Danish rye bread alone.
