This small retail cafe offers an expansive window into an open kitchen, where frozen desserts are handmade in small batches. With a growing list of almost 200 flavors, Il Laboratorio Del Gelato was born with the idea, as the name suggests, of being a custom "lab" where chefs work to develop unique flavors, including Black Sesame, Wasabi and Sage.
