To make Chair 5's popular Quahog Chowder, Chef Justin Perdue takes Rhode Island tradition and gives it a slightly Asian twist. Clams and whelks (sea snails) are the base for the creamy chowder, which is topped with celery and bonito flakes. Add house chipotle-chive oyster crackers for an additional kick.
