The truly unique Barbecue Ramen is made with house-made noodles and stock and topped with crispy collard greens and incredibly moist brisket. The Beef Clod could be served in a fine dining establishment. The luscious smoked beef shoulder is served with tomato caramel sauce, corn bread, celery pickles and crispy quinoa.
