Located at the Stone Canyon Inn, the restaurant is one of the few fine-dining options in the area, and one of the best in the state, balancing vegetarian and meat dishes. Start with wild mushroom tartare before cutting into a hearty steak — or cauliflower steaks, for the meatless — offered with bearnaise, cilantro chimichurri or mushroom bordelaise. Save room for dessert: The creme brulee and orange mousse are excellent. The restaurant is open for dinner throughout the summer months.
