Sandra's getting inspiration from two Food Network friends. She's taking her favorite restaurant recipes from Bobby Flay and Mario Batali, and adding her signature shortcuts. First, it's Bobby's Red Wine Marinated Flank Steak and Mango Peach Sangria couldn't be easier with Sandra's special touch. Then, Mario's White Bean Ravioli with Brown Butter and Caper Sauce is a dish best left to professional chefs- but not with Sandra's clever ideas. Also, Mario's Dried Fruit Compote with Goat Cheese is a simple delicious treat.
