****This menu assumes leftover Thanksgiving food. You will need:

4 cups shredded/cubed leftover turkey
2 to 3 cups leftover stuffing
4 cups cooked green beans
2 cups roasted, cubed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup cranberry sauce, chunky or jellied
2 cups pumpkin pie filling and crust (scooped from a cooked pie)
