Baby's First Bash

Ina makes dinner to celebrate the arrival of her friend's newborn son. There's a delicious nursery food menu and an incredible setting to match. There's Truffle Popcorn with drinks followed by Spicy Turkey Meatballs, Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp and S'mores around the fire pit. The whole meal is served outside under incredible garden lights designed by Ina's friend Greg Yale, who is transforming the garden into a fantastic lighting grotto for the occasion.

Cooking with Friends

It's competition time and battle of the taste buds as Ina and her friends Eli Zabar and David Ziff plan a pot luck dinner. They each take a course with a Mediterranean theme and create dishes such as Grilled Eggplant With Sherry Vinegar Drizzle, Fried Baby Artichokes, Eli's Grilled Rib Eye Steak and Italian Plum Tart. But first there's breakfast at Ina's to discuss the plan over delicious Tri-Berry Pancakes.

Fired Up

It's back to basics on grilling. Ina's experimenting with new and inventive ways to use the grill, going way beyond hotdogs and hamburgers. First Fettunta, melted mozzarella and prosciutto on grilled bread baked in the grill. Then grilled Chicken gets taken to a whole new level with a delicious Tuscan Lemon marinade. And even salad gets the grilled treatment -- Panzanella like you've never tasted before.

Oven Rules

Its back to basic on oven rules to turn up the volume on flavor. These are simple oven techniques; cooking on high, low and even off. First the dial gets cranked up to high for a filet of beef that becomes incredible Truffled Sandwiches, then it's down to low for roasted tomatoes that really make a Caprese Salad, then the oven gets switched off for sweet, crisp Meringues Chantilly With syrupy Roasted Berries.
